Project Overview

We led a comprehensive cloud migration for a Fortune 500 manufacturer, transitioning their entire IT infrastructure from on-premise data centers to AWS. The project included migrating 200+ applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and training their IT team on cloud-native practices.

The Challenge

Migrating 200+ applications and 50TB of data to the cloud with zero downtime while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Our Solution

We developed a phased migration strategy using the AWS Migration Hub, implemented Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and set up automated testing for each migration phase.
